Our villa is a spacious six-bedroom home created for families and groups who want to enjoy Marbella together while having the comfort, privacy and freedom of their own private space.
Located in a peaceful residential area on Marbella’s famous Golden Mile, the villa offers a wonderful balance between tranquillity and convenience. The Mediterranean coast is close enough to reach on foot, while Marbella’s restaurants, shops, beaches and attractions are all within easy reach.
With accommodation for up to 12 guests, a private heated swimming pool and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, it is a home designed for spending quality time together.

It has been completely renovated with careful attention to comfort and functionality, while retaining the character and charm of the property.
The improvements included a brand-new contemporary kitchen, refurbished bathrooms, an additional ground-floor bedroom and updates throughout the home.
The result is a bright, comfortable and welcoming villa where traditional details sit alongside modern facilities.
Designed for Families & Groups
With six bedrooms and space for up to 12 guests, the villa offers plenty of room for larger families and groups to enjoy their holiday together.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms, including a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which can be particularly convenient for guests who prefer easier access without stairs.
Four further bedrooms are located upstairs, including three double bedrooms and another twin bedroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms open directly onto a spacious terrace overlooking the garden.
The open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable place to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them at home.
Life Outdoors
One of the most enjoyable parts of staying here is the outdoor space.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained private garden filled with greenery and flowers, creating a peaceful setting for relaxing in the Marbella sunshine.
At the centre is the large private heated swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the day or enjoying a leisurely swim.
There are several outdoor areas where guests can sit together, enjoy a meal, have a BBQ or simply relax with a drink. The terraces also provide additional space for enjoying the garden and surrounding atmosphere.
For a little extra entertainment, the villa also has a table tennis area.
The Location
The villa is situated on Marbella’s Golden Mile, one of the most sought-after areas of the Costa del Sol.
Although the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and residential, the villa is not isolated. Casablanca Beach is approximately a 9-minute walk, while Fontanilla Beach is around 13 minutes on foot.
There are also restaurants and casual dining options within a few minutes’ walk, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without needing to drive.
Marbella Old Town, the marina and Puerto Banús are all easily accessible by car or taxi, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer while returning to a quieter private setting.
